Our rich, Midwest soil isn’t just dirt. It’s pH-balanced, organic black gold, built over years of careful tending. We enrich our fields with compost and natural elements sourced right here on the farm to create the perfect growing environment for bold, flavorful garlic.
The cow manure that nourishes our soil comes from cows just a mile down the road—cows that are fed on the same alfalfa grown in our own fields. This local cycle ensures every clove of garlic we grow is rooted in the heart of our land, sustained by the Midwest’s bounty and our commitment to sustainable farming.
We don’t take shortcuts. We plant, weed, and harvest by hand to bring you garlic with unmatched flavor and quality. From seed to soil to bulb, every step is done with care—and maybe a little bit of stubborn Midwest pride.
